An application and invitation-only residency that forms proven leaders for the weight of ministry, served and led inside a local church, not a lecture hall.
Who it's for
Church Leadership takes the foundation of Year One and turns it toward the work. It is a single-track residency under the coaching of a pastor: a twelve-month Leadership Focus rotation, serving and leading a real ministry team, and developing and teaching your own discipleship course. Residents are eligible to pursue ordination concurrently. Because of the trust it requires, the residency is application and invitation only.
Proven leaders who have completed Year One and are ready to be formed for pastoral ministry under a coach.

- The residency is application and invitation only. Completing Year One is the starting point; your pastor and CLC confirm readiness together.
- Is it online?
- No. The residency is lived out inside a local church, under a pastor's coaching, and it can't be done at a distance.
- Can I be ordained at the same time?
- Yes. Residents are eligible to pursue ordination concurrently, under the care of their church.
